Disowning the Myth called: A Perfect Shoe!

A perfect shoe or a single best shoe is a myth! There’s nothing, ever existed known as the perfect common shoe for all. Before chasing the big brands and the big glittering sales, we must acknowledge the fact that a single pair of shoe cannot be perfect for everyone due to certain factors, such as biomechanics, weight of the person, and foot shape. We hardly pay attention towards these factors unless we face some fatal consequences. This means that one person's ideal shoe can be terrible for another person.
Shoes are dependent and divided in three main categories, cushion, stability, and motion control. All three are the byproduct of their shape and sole. Apart from these three, some more minors categories are devised depending upon the terrain which is gym training, racing and off-road. The first three are everyday options and are categorized essentially by your biomechanical needs; the second three are more specialized and you’d often only consider them as second.
So, how can you find a shoe for yourself??
The first step in finding the right and the basic shoe is to try our 'Wet Test', or preferably visit an experienced shoe retailer.
The ‘Wet Test’ is done by getting your footprint by taking the shape of your wet footprint on a dry floor or piece of paper roughly correlates with the amount of stability you might need in your shoe. This will help you what are the features you need to look within the shoe and if not you will definitely for and equip basic knowledge about the shape of the shoe you should opt for.

There are three main kinds of foot
·         The high Arched Foot
